Thanks to increased resident participation in the Fairfield Neighborhood Association, together we have enjoyed several successes since the start of the year. From finding peaceful resolutions to disputes among neighbors & property owners, to new sidewalks, and police apprehension of at least one thief stalking ours and surrounding neighborhoods.

However, sometimes as a consequence of success, less than scrupulous individuals see an opportunity to pounce on unsuspecting neighbors.

As such, we have been informed by residents that several individuals are attempting to ‘sign up’ neighbors for the Fairfield Neighborhood Association by requesting cash or attempting to direct residents to an alternate website. Therefore, please be aware the Fairfield Neighborhood Association is not at present conducting any door-to-door membership sign-up campaigns. If you and/or your neighbors are not yet members and are interested in joining, you may do so in-person at our August or any subsequent meeting. Annual dues for individuals are ten dollars ($10.00) by cash or check made payable only to the ‘Fairfield Neighborhood Association, Inc.’ Further, meetings & events are always announced in advance within the newsletter and/or published on the website.
